I am thinking about publishing about 5,000 copies of a Real Estate magazine to be distributed throughout a particular County.

How reasonable is it to ask for 25 dollars per home listed? I plan to list 12 homes per page, including picture and description, as well as real estate agent and contact info. etc.

Also, I would like to organize the listings by price (low to high) and by city (alphabetically), would you have any problems with this format as opposed to all of YOUR listings on the same page consecutively?

Sorry, one more thing. Are the advertising costs, on a smaller level like this, typically handled by the local Realtor? If not, who would most likely handle the costs?
