Also, I would like to organize the listings by price (low to high) and by city (alphabetically), would you have any problems with this format as opposed to all of YOUR listings on the same page consecutively?

Sorry, one more thing. Are the advertising costs, on a smaller level like this, typically handled by the local Realtor? If not, who would most likely handle the costs?

We know the agent/broker had knowledge of prior damage. The problem is he never filled out disclosure forms because he stated he never lived in the property.
