I need to know the pros/cons of being employed with either, so I need answers from realtors who’ve been employed with both of these companies. It seems like the agents sit all day in the office waiting for clients. They can’t go out and door knock or send mailers etc, as I do now as an agent. How do they ensure they get paid? What if no clients come in and they really can’t do anything proactive to get more clients.
