    Katie asked:

im 16 and im doing this graduation project for school. Im really interested in being a real estate agent after college (preferrably beach houses) So for my project I was thinking about job shadowing for a realtor. I live in montgomery county Pa and I was wondering if anyone had a clue of where I could go to shadow. and any details or anything about being a real estate agent or job shadowing for it or anything like that would be cool too. thanks :)

Look in the Yellow Pages or ask friends and/or relatives for the name of a full time real estate broker that you can call. Look for an agent that is full time or maybe a managing broker would be a good alternative too. Call for an appointment (make sure you tell them what you want to talk about), go to the appointment dressed professionally with a reference from your teacher.
      Good luck!

call some of the local agents and ask them. Since nearly every REALTOR is an independant contractor, don’t just call the office and ask, speak to the individual agents. Surely someone would be willing to work with you on this

Contact the big real estate companies, like C21. They may let you work as an intern or office boy. That way you might be able to access their agent training program. They might even pay you a small salary.
