Housing Prices lower due to Inflation, yes.
But how do Housing Prices effect the Real Estate Agent?
I honestly can’t find the answer anywhere; so can anyone help?

I’m not a real estate agent, but the answer would be it would effect the agent do to the lower price of the house. The key in that situation is to sell more houses, and most of all don’t focus on the economy. Think only about how you will sell more houses.

its simple during this time of rescission every body wants to save money towards future needs no one wants to invest on lands they are not for wealth creation and its cheeper compare to staying for rent rather buying a flat thas why it is effecting real esate agents

house prices affect the real estate agent as they generally work on commission. so lower prices will therefore end up in lower commissions. Even if they do not work on commissions lower house prices means less people selling houses so they will have less customers

During such times, Real Estate Agent cannot find buyers to buy houses because its a buyers’ market and buyers are waiting to get the cheapest deals due to the slump in house prices.

Although this is the time when land prices are the lowest and with them so are the houses that must be sold (due to divorce and inheritances being divided etc), there is less money being used for this purpose and the agents get a smaller commission. Serves them right for choosing to work in a business where speculators and gamblers play.
